One2OneKB take a holistic approach to health and wellness. Your training programme begins with an introductory goal setting session. Then we’ll put the focus on how to safely execute the exercises for results that last.

We will discuss what you are hoping to achieve and develop bespoke training sessions which are tailored to you. We’ll push you, but never push you too hard - that’s when injuries kick in and you can become frustrated.
