Kick Boxing classes for every age and fitness level in Richmond

ONE2ONEKB's classes are semi-contact kick boxing classes that teach you individual kickboxing techniques, combination movements and routines.

About the Classes

Our classes are open to everyone with no age restriction. We currently have male and female students from 10 to their mid-50s.
We welcome beginners and experienced kick boxers of all fitness levels. Your class will be split into smaller groups based on current kickboxing standard and level of fitness.
You will be motivated and challenged at the right level for you, with all of the benefits of a group training class.

In these action-packed training sessions, you will:
