I’m Rob and for more than 30 years I’ve been committed to the fields of fitness, well being and martial arts.
I enjoy helping people get to the top of their game in kickboxing and martial arts, but what I really thrive on is watching my clients’ confidence grow as they learn new skills, techniques and routines.
