Do you sometimes feel breathless when you’re in rush on your daily commute or after climbing the stairs? Find yourself hitting the snooze button one more time (just one more…) in the morning and struggling to get through the mid-afternoon energy dip?
Perhaps you’ve noticed an extra pound or two creeping on or feel ready to shift that baby tummy or middle-age spread? Or maybe you just want to tone up to feel better about yourself.
Maybe the time has come when you’re ready for a fitness challenge like a marathon, triathlon or boxing bout, but know your current fitness levels aren’t going to see you through it?
I’m Rob Lloyd and I am a personal trainer who specialises in kick-boxing, self-defence and fitness training] and I have a proven track record of helping people like you to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
I’m passionate about fitness, especially kickboxing. For more than two decades I’ve been a well-known face on the London Martial Arts scene, in competitions, refereeing and training and I run a popular kickboxing club, called one2onekb, in Richmond-upon-Thames.
These days I get immense satisfaction from guiding my clients on their own personal fitness journeys and helping them to achieve their wellbeing goals.
So, whether you’re aiming to lose weight, increase your strength or stamina, learn how to defend yourself or to tone up your muscles, I have the class or one-to-one personal training programme to help you.
Of course, I’ll have you working hard – there is no substitute for that if you want results – but I’ll also make sure you have lots of fun. After all, if you don’t enjoy your workouts, you’re less likely to keep it up.
I’m really proud of my roots in martial arts, so I thought it would be nice to share some photos of me back in the day training in Seal Lung Martial Arts.
